How We Got Here.

From day one, we built our partnership on mutual respect for each other’s craft. Coming from different departments — Paul in Sales and Joey in Marketing — we quickly realized the power of open communication and the value of seeing challenges from every perspective. By learning how Sales viewed Marketing materials, and how Marketing relied on Sales insights, we understood early on that neither could thrive without the other.

From that foundation, we got to work. Whether traveling to events across the country, attending SEMA, gathering dealer and customer feedback, or refining our design process — we tackled it all as a true team. That collaboration helped shape marketing efforts that were not only creative but grounded in real-world results.

Our teamwork paid off as we each grew within the company. Paul advanced to Brand Manager, taking on two brands, while Joey stepped up to Brand Manager for the brand he had been Marketing Coordinating. Within a year, we were promoted again: Paul became Regional Marketing Manager, bridging Sales teams across the Southeast, and Joey took on the role of Truck Segment Manager, overseeing six brands.

Together, we collaborated daily with Sales, Production, Marketing/Design, and Distribution teams, ensuring everyone stayed aligned and every voice was heard. The system and process we developed proved so effective, it could be adapted to any industry.

Today, we bring more than a decade of combined corporate Sales and Marketing experience to the table. In every project, we approach challenges from every angle — Marketing, Sales, Ownership, and the Customer — crafting strategies that solve real problems and drive growth. We’re ready to put this experience to work to help businesses of all kinds succeed.

Paul Rosa brings over 25 years of experience in Sales, Brand Management, and Team Leadership to the table. Starting his journey in Sales, Paul quickly became known for his ability to connect with customers and dealers while keeping a sharp focus on results.

Throughout his career, Paul has managed multiple brands, traveled extensively for events and dealer meetings, and led Sales teams across large regions. His strength lies in bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing — ensuring strategies are practical, communication flows smoothly, and every team is set up to succeed.

From driving revenue growth to launching new products and building loyal partnerships, Paul’s commitment to collaboration and problem-solving has helped brands expand and thrive. Today, he uses that same drive and expertise to help businesses grow and stay ahead in an ever-changing market.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in corporate marketing, Joey Beiro has built a reputation for turning ideas into results. Starting his career as a Graphic Designer, Joey quickly proved himself as someone who doesn’t just design campaigns but builds bridges between departments — from Sales to Production to Distribution.

His career has taken him across the country for industry events, dealer meetings, and product launches, always focused on translating customer and dealer feedback into marketing strategies that work in the real world. Joey’s collaborative mindset and ability to see every project through the lens of the customer, the owner, and the market have helped him grow brands.
